PRANA is Texture painting depicting the Earth and Sun. It is an expressive and tactile way of portraying these iconic celestial bodies, where texture is used to evoke the dynamic relationship between the two. Texture painting adds a sensory, three-dimensional aspect to the traditional visual experience, making the Earth and Sun more vibrant and alive. The Sun could be painted in fiery, warm tones like oranges, reds, yellows to create a sense of heat and movement. The use of palette knives allow the artist to build up the Sun’s surface with rough textures that mimic solar flares, bursts of energy, or even sunspots. The texture can create the illusion of a turbulent, ever-changing surface. The Earth is depicted with hues of blue, green and brown in marble effects showing a more stronger texture.
Frame Material: Wood and MDF. The art print on canvas is stretched on 1-inch wooden frame, full canvas is based on 4mm MDF board for longevity.
Hanging Instructions: Print on Canvas are ready to hang artworks, wrapped on the wooden frame. No extra hooks or nails are included in the package. The artwork can be hung directly on the wall with nails or stick on hooks. NOTE: Do NOT use wall hooks or nails on canvas frames, directly place canvas frames on hooks/ nails on the wall.
